heating problems

Hi,
I have some problems with my heating system.
some time is working some time not.
I saw when the outside temperature is lower than 6 or 7deg Celsius heating is ok , when is higher I have just the cold air who's coming on my car, in Montréal at 10 deg is start to be cold in the car.
I check the forum and I suppose it's the control valve but I'm not sure, because maybe this is working or not.
don't have nothing with the outside temperature.
somebody can help me with this one?

Adjust your temperature up higher.

Check that your radiator is full of coolant. If the reservoir has level in it does not always mean the engine cooling system is full of coolant. Low coolant level usually shows first as lost heating for the cabin.

I allready check the level.
strange is why when is much colder outside the heating is working, and when is up to 8, 9 degrees is coming just the cold air.
I put the temp inside the car to HI and it's coming just cold air
it's not posible to be a sensor or fuse somewhere??

I would take it to your dealer. Since you can easily demonstrate this for them there should be no issue in getting this resolved. I am guessing either a sensor, or once of the air gates in the ducting not working.

Keep in mind that it is the inside temperature of the vehicle that controls the temp of the air through the vents. The outside temp does not control the temp. As the interior wrams up, I have experienced the vents switching to cooler airflow to maintain the cabin at my setting. I go by how the interior temperature feels, not what is coming out of the vent at any given monment. I have also experienced where the system determins warm through the floor and cooler through the vents. It seems pretty smart, and, mine maintains a very comfortable interior temp in all the weather conditions I have experienced from Blizzard cold to 100+degrees F.

thanks for your reply,
It's true what you say, but if you ask for the inside temperature of the vehicle to be 30 deg and nothing happen, it's coming just cold air, and it's really cold inside, normally after few minutes the warm air is coming but in my car after 30 minutes it's just cold air.
when the temp outside is lower than 8, 9 deg everything is working fine
