Gears problem?

Gears problem?
Hey all,
I own the E200 CGi since last year August. Recently, my car seems to have some problems..
1) When the gear changes from gear 1 to 2...etc, the car tends to jerks a little..I always drive below 3k RPM and never tend to go higher than that *except when I feel like zooming with S-mode on
*..What is causing this? issit my driving style? O.O
2) The accelerator pedal..sometimes when i step on it..it makes a "tick" or "tak" sound..If I remember correctly, someone mention just send it to service centre and as them lubricate the pedal right?
Well, i wont be surprise if it's the car or the gear problem..imagine driving through 7 humps everytime you wanna leave your housing area~
