E350
Rear Deck Lip Spoiler

Hello everyone.

New member here and a proud owner of a 2009 E350 with the AMG Sport package. This is my second Benz. I had been driving a near perfect 1997 E320 for the past 6 years.

Anyway, I'm very interested in a rear deck lip spoiler like the E63 comes with. I have looked at all the offerings that come up in a Google search and there seem to be a LOT of choices, but a big variance in price. While I like the idea of getting a good deal, I'm more concerned with quality and fit. With prices running from $150 up to $500 it's hard to know what the difference is between the different offerings since the photos are usually less than great and the descriptions are all pretty similar.

From what information I can gather, all of the lip spoilers are attached with the 3M tape. Even the factory E63 spoiler appears to be a stick on deal.

So, if anyone has any experiences with a particular brand or seller please post em' up. I don't want to buy a cheap spoiler that fits like crap and needs all kinds of surface prep before it can be painted.

Thanks in advance, and it's nice to meet everyone.

You are correct, both technical and practical but, the site lists this forum as: "E-Class (W212) 2009-present: E 350, E 550".
I can see how this could be confusing to some posters.

Something weird is going on here... I remember this section being specifically labeled as "2010 - present"...only makes sense because the W212 covers those MYs...what gives??? Moderators???

So, apparently, someone modified the sections to reflect "productions years" as opposed to "model years"... @ least, that's what it looks like...??? MODERATORS??? Looks like the MYs overlap between the W211 and W212...??? Umm, really???
