2012 E350 Bluetec deals
My father in law wants to sell his '07 E320 and buy a new 2012 E350 Bluetec. With the new 2013 model on the way, does anyone know how aggressive dealerships are on the 2012 E350 Bluetecs? Thanks

Sorry I don't have a good answer for you and I think it will vary a lot based on where you are and what inventory the dealers have in stock. If I were you I would track what's available on the dealer websites then go in once the 2013 hit the lots and see.
Just as a reference point though, I bought my 2012 the end of January 2011, and they still have 2011s on the lot. I didn't push to hard on the 2011s because I they didn't have the color combo/options I desired, however the starting point of the negotiations there was only maybe 3-4k difference between the 2011 and 2012 and much of that was the factory incentive being $2k greater on the 2011 at the time.
I just checked Euromotors in Germantown MD website and they still have many C, E, S classes from 2011 and some MLs, Rs and GLKs. Some are demo cars and they are high volume dealer but doesn't look like any diesels unfortunately...

It's going to depend a little on the options, the more options it has (and the higher the cost), the more you can usually come down in price.
We got a discount of $8,925 off of a $57,575 MSRP 2012 E350 Bluetec. Discount included $3,000 Conquest cash.
We were also offered an $11,000 discount on a $62,000 MSRP car, but it wasn't the color we wanted and had some options we did not want, such as Pano roof.

Right now we are being agressive with 12 w212 Bluetec's and GL450's. But good luck getting a w212 E350. I was trying to get one, but couldnt get one if my life depended on it. I couldnt get a dealer trade through unless we gave them a '13 SL550.

One of the best leasing deals around is the e-350 bluetec on a 24 month lease with MSD's....if you do find a car that you like, get a lease price....you may be surprised to find that a $60K plus car can be leased for under $500/mo including tax.
Try to find one with P2....the lights make a tremendous difference. Good luck.
