Newbe here looking at a slightly used 2012 e550
After looking and driving many cars, I've decided that a Mercedes Benz is going to be my next car. I live in Minnesota so a 4-matic is a must. I've looked at both the e350 and the e550 and both are great cars. Today, a local dealer contacted me and said they just got back a black 2012 E550 with only 2,900 miles on it. The car has the P1 package together with the Lane Tracking Package, Illuminated Door Sills, Rear Spoiler Kit, and Comfort Box. They reported that the car originally was listed for $68,220 and they sold it only 3 months ago. What would be a reasonable offer for this car?

I'm also working with Feldmanns. They've answered my questions in a very straight forward manner. The person I'm working with seems well informed and the few times they did not know something, the person I'm working with admits it and then researches it and gets me an answer quickly. No real pressure to buy, they seem to really care that I get a car that I like first. Plus, they know my wife will be looking for a new car next year and she would'nt mind looking at a Mercedes also.

yeh high 50's. 58k with OTD. Taxes, titles, registration and interest included if you finance it. (if you do finance thru them, you would have a better chance of negotiating a good deal)

I want to thank everyone for the imput. I came to an agreement today on all the terms of the deal. Since its a big purchase for me and I was a little nervous, the salesman from Feldmann's is even letting me think about it over the weekend to make sure I'm ready to consumate the deal. Really appreciated that as it gave me an opportunity to think about everything to make sure I was 100% committed to the deal. I've had time to think about it and I can say I'll definately be finalizing my purchase on Monday. I'm really excited ! Great experience, great car !

I don't think this car with only P1 has enough options to keep you happy with it. I would look for at least a P2 car and now having the Distronic in my car I can't think having one without it.
But that's just me...
