2013 E350 incentives
1. USAA gets you XX dollars off MSRP (like $2500). This might be valuable if the MB dealers in your area don't discount off MSRP much and/or you don't really negotiate price very well/feel very uncomfortable doing so.
Many buyers do better on their own.
2. They also have a USAA "rebate" which they negotiate with MB for all models every month so it can change monthly.
Currently, 2012 E 350 Sport Sedan has $4000 "rebate". 2012 E350 Wagon has $2K rebate. This is taken off AFTER you negotiate your best price or opt to use the USAA XXX dollars off MSRP. This is the best part as it comes off your best price.
FYI--I just called USAA. In July there are NO USAA PROGRAMS FOR 2013s.
The lady on the phone said they hope to have some soon (for 2013 models) but there are no guarantees. They show up when they show up.
FYI, to join USAA you have to have served in military or have family member (not sure how close a family member that needs to be) with military service.

Let us know what it says and what the dealer does with it.
As I posted above, I also called USAA and was told there are currently
no rebate/incentive programs on 2013 models.
This sounds like it might be certif for $2500 off MSRP which is no big deal.
The big deal is $XXXX off of your best negotiated price and I was told
that is only for 2012 models.
I hope for your sake that it really is for $2500 off of your best deal price.
Let us know.
