Damn. Thanks for the review. Very odd as G&N usually gets glowing reviews. I came into contact with them once via someone who knows them well and recommended me, and they helped me out really nicely and well with my W220 and W211 cars. The workers seem to be really cool guys. The only issue that keeps me away from them is how CLUSTERF*CKED their space is. Obviously, people take their cars to them, but I feel uneasy about letting my car be packed into a sardine garage, it seems inevitable that taking slow and cautious care of the exterior would be hard.

All in all, I haven't actually "taken" my car there, but I they did help me out with some quick stuff, no hassle and no charge, so I gotta give props to at least some of the individual workers there.

It's a bad place if you care about your paints finish, but at the same time, George was very nice. I wish he just took care of the paint a little more.

if the guy is 'so nice' and cool, he should completely understand that it isn't okay for his dudes to do what you were describing them doing to your paint
