hi guys....
taking the deadbeat in tonight to have the side mirror LED's re installed.....
I also had a LED in the puddle light too......and having the plate LED's replaced too......

picture for those that have seen the pretty cool mod, that only one of these cars in the country that has it...to my knowledge haha....
feeling the need to do more to the car! but what......................

you know it did appear to be a bit of a process....
some of the parts had to come off to actually get to where they plug in.....
on the inside of the trunk.......it is do-able I think.....
but I never felt comfortable in that department.....

. btw, you don't have to yank out the whole liner. just the few pins by the handle. the tricky part is you can't really see the bulbs from the inside. you have to squeeze your hand in a bit and by feel. if i remember it correctly, counterclockwise to unlock and clockwise to lock. good luck and let us know how it goes
can't remember the size but if you do a search, you can easily find them here. but make sure to get error free, otherwise you'll see codes on your dash. good luck.

yeah, the moment I saw them I felt the same way
they're so good...
luckly I have not been out at night much with the one sided mirror mod AND a bad plate light
looks so hurt and gives MB a bad name......had to get it fixed......
I really don't know why EVERY single Tahoe, or the like, I see, has a bad bulb somewhere on their truck LOL....
I would just hate to be that guy....

you know, I could not speak on it's legality......but damn it got a lot of smiles.....I only had it on for the month of October....didn't want to push my luck just in case...
but I figured why not? people strap all kinds of dumb stuff to their car! haha!!

haha, not at all! got mine at Lowes Home Improvement last season.....you may be able to find a better one....
this one is pretty durable and heavy duty...with very minimal scratches to my grill....
also putting that star grill back on for a few
