2012 E550 4 matic with airmatic over winter
My car will be in my unheated garage covered and plugged into a battery charger for 5 months this winter. I have 1800 miles on it and just had the 5W-40 mobil 1 oil changed as I wanted fresh oil in the engine. The dealership told me to pump up the tires to the maximun pressure and put the car/tires on boards or something to take the tires off the cement.
My question is this:
I have airmatic, so will the suspension fall over time? Will this damage or affect the airmatic suspension in some way if it does drop?
I asked the dealer about this and they really didn't know so I thought I'd ask you experts. We have a motorhome and pull another car behind for the winter.
Thanks.
