Voice quality on Bluetooh for passenger

Hi All,

I know there are alot posts on bluetooth related questions. I searched and could not find anything for my question. Does anyone notice that the voice quality on the passenger's side when on a call is not as good as the driver's side? My wife thinks people can hear her better on the driver's side on a call.

Any suggestions? Where are those microphones anyway for hands free calls?

Thanks

I believe you should be able to adjust the volume during phone calls via the buttons on the steering wheel or turning the knob on the center .
You can also adjust the volume level by entering engineering mode but I would not dare it unless I know what I am doing very well

because the microphone is on the left (driver's side) of the rear view mirror and it's in the manual .

The volume to hear someone on the call is fine. They cannot hear us well.

That does not seem like a good centered place to put it. Is there a way to increase the microphone sensitivity?
