Quick Question regarding W2102 keypad located near passenger seat
I noticed in my old 2010 C300 that when connected to bluetooth I would hear the "tones" like a phone would normally do when you dial a number however on the 2012 E350 the buttons are completely mute no tones. I haven't see anywhere to adjust this anyone notice this or now how to correct it.

1 - When on a call and dialing a number (like voicemail prompts), you heard the tone.
2 - When dialing a number to call (before pressing SEND), no tones.
I've been deep through the car settings on all three, and haven't seen anything that looked like it changed the tones, but take that for what it's worth.

My 2011 C300 acted the same as my 2013 GLK and the 2013 E350 I'm driving at the moment, which is:
1 - When on a call and dialing a number (like voicemail prompts), you heard the tone.
2 - When dialing a number to call (before pressing SEND), no tones.

Try with your phone on speaker (not bluetooth) and see if you hear tones when you push buttons.
Most phones have a setting to hear the tones or not. Try changing your phone settings and see what happens.
