All of the settings for driver have been deleted

I don't have a problem with the settings deleting, but my memory seat seems to have a SHORT memory. I have to hit the button every time I get in to bring to bolsters and lumbar back to the memory setting...guess I've got a leak. I'll be bring it in for it's first service soon and will have it addressed then.

 

although it sounded not working right, it's normal.

You read the two stickies by konistiger , if you see something about memory ,type it down the paper or save it i nyour computer .Therefore you can easily troubleshoot the problem related to memory seats and show service staff according to bulletin #

 

how often does it happen? no car wash nor valet touched your car? if not, bring it in.

 

Set memory three years ago and they still work as set.
In mine, the bolsters and lumbar are not connected to memory.
Did have a problem last year where the easy exit/entry failed to move the steering wheel. Dealer had to order a part for tilt function and then took long time to get it all set in computers (car's and dealer's). Works fine now.
