Guys I need help and clarification on this issue. I have been reading the old posts but cannot find an answer so I am apologizing before I **** anyone off.

Problem: my LED daylight running lights shut off when dark or when I turn the headlamps on. They do not dim as I have seen on other W212's and have also read about.

I have messed with the DRL enable/disable function and nothing changes. I also read that it might be an older version of COMAND that is disabling this feature at night?

Please help, I would like to see the LED hockey sticks on at night!

Vehicle info: purchased Jan 2013. 2010 E550 with P2 package (bi-xenon) with LED DrL's (hockey sticks)

 

I think your COMMAND may need to be reset at your dealership...it should be still under warranty even if you're not the original owner.
