I think my issue was the plastics on the rear deck - it would make noise even when the car was stopped and not running. My theory is that direct sunlight made the plastic expand, and occasionally pop. In cold or dark weather it never happened, but once the sun came out, there it was. The dealership improved it a bit with felt and lubrication. I no longer have the car, but I notice it a little in my current 2016 car. I think it is a design flaw. I've never heard the legendary pano noise.

Good luck. Mine was not cured, but it was a lot less noticeable.
The 16 seems to do it a lot less, but still makes a little noise back there. Maybe I am used to it. I can go over train tracks without a sound from back there, but sitting in the sun will make it pop. I hope the 213 has different design.

I have a very similar pain as most of you guys have experienced, I have tried to use foam, Velcro and still didn't help much. Once I remove shell speaker cover panel it sounds great, I can't complain. My question is do I need to replace the shelf speaker trim or I have to do something else. All comments are greatly appreciated !!
Thanks
