I want to delete this and I don't know how some people do it. Do they paint it or can I order those pieces with matching paint and just snap them in.

if you want to "delete" them, you have to change the front bumper. but you can replace them with either clear or body color ones and they'll look much better than the amber ones. however, it could be illegal in where you live. you can easily get them on ebay. do a search and there are at least a few threads talk about how to do the swap.
