2011 E350 with Command 4.5

Does anybody know an exact production date where 2011 E350's were produced with the 4.5G Command? Would a build date of 5/20/11 have the new version?

I thought it was mid July when they ran out of comand 4.0 parts and started to install 4.5 in 2011's.

Some easy to spot physical differences with comand 4.5:

1) if you change the ventilation temperature, they show at the bottom of the comand display
2) the slot in the center of the dash is now for an SD card (significantly smaller) and offset a little to the left
3) There is a globe at the far right at the top of the display that gives you the option to see sirius weather (for US cars)...(sadly, much more function for European cars)

4) (not sure if this was in late 4.0's) the iphone/usb connectors are in the center console, not the glove box. If it's in the glove box it is 4.0.

Note: MB installed some of the newer dashboards with color displays in cars with 4.0...that will not tell you if you have 4.5 in the car.

Item 1) also works on my 2010 car with the 4.0 system. It is a software issue and setting in the engineering menu.
