Lowering factory settings....

I don't know where to ask or look but is there a way to lower the factory settings of the car. I'm assuming there is a way to adjust the ride height through the steering wheel.

I assume that you are driving an E550 with Airmatic.
The only ride height adjustment you have is the Sport/Comfort button on the center console.
You can purchase an Electronic Lowering Module that will allow you to adjust the ride height through the steering wheel.

Thanks.

I think I was quick to jump the gun. I have installed a lowering module in the car and the max lowering was set at 1.77''. I was kind of disappointed because it couldn't go any lower.

Found that the module can be set at unlimited lowering.

Now the car is perfect.

Since you have the renntech v3 like mine, I'm set at -1.30 rear, -1.76 front on 20's. Where are you at, because I'm pretty low.

We had it pretty low and then decided to raise it because the dash was blinking red, "Car is too low."

We seemed to have crossed our wires, therefore, on the software it reads opposite. The front is the back and the back is actually the front.

The back was lowered to 1.75 and the front, which says, 3.45 is probably false because I think you can lower the front by so much that it won't go any further. We just set it as low as it goes without tripping the warning lights. The back wheels, on the other hand, can be slammed.

Again, I have my wires crossed so the it's opposite of what the software is saying.

I will post pictures later. These are with 20'' wheels and 30 series tires. There is no gap and basically tucked in. It looks great.

It's not that low in the front. Although, it says 3.45, the front end doesn't go any lower. I just have it set the lowest before it trips the car lights.

The back on the other hand can definitely be dropped more than what we have it on but we raised it to even it with the front wheels.

I will post pics later this evening.
