Unhappy USB Flash Drive Not Recognized

System doesn't recognize my flash drive. Do I need an MP3 player?

My 2010 e350 worked fine to play the MP3 files on that flash drive. Did you see any messages?

My bad! Tried a different flash drive and it worked. Weird thing is the problem flash drive works in my other car and computer. In any event, thanks for confirming I don't need an MP3 player.

If it didn't come with the car, the dealer would certainly be able to provide it.

It is a standard USB Memory card, available from many stores. You don't need a Mercedes Benz card.

If not already, it might need to be formatted as Fat32. You should be able do this on your PC just keep in mind that all the data on the drive will be deleted.
