MY2010 USB Devices Compatible ?

I currently have the standard Y-Cable ( Aux,iPod) in my glovebox. If I purchase a cable with a USB on one end, and connect a device, will it work?..And show USB under AUDIO ? As of now, there is no USB selection under AUDIO.
Thanks.

Those cables are aux , not USB.
Aux Is included with the y cable.

This is the correct cable with USB input on the end.

You plug this in instead of the ipod cable you already have and then plug in the USB drive in the other end. Is this not what you were asking about? My 2010 does not have a separate USB port for me to use.

I believe you are just using the aux to directly plug into your device. The link you posted just shows a aux end not a USB.
