I had similar COMAND issues to yours mentioned on my 2010 E350 and once the dealer couldn't duplicate after several attempts I involved MB CAC to have a tech specialist fly-in to assist the shop foreman with resolution. For me it was a long and tedious process, but ultimately led to a MB "Lemon Law" buyback (another long and tedious process).
Best recommendation from me is to keep detailed records of all service calls and communications with MB CAC and dealers just in case and also make sure that each and every item is listed as a repair attempt on the dealer's service records with accurate mileage listings

Another trick that I find useful is to pick up the phone and record the issues on video when it happens.
It makes the show and tell much easier instead of the SA looking at you puzzled...

While it is certainly possible to resolve a lemon law claim outside of the normal window, it isn't easy.
The OP needs to identify each problem and we'll try to help him come up with a resolution.
Some of his issues do not appear to be warranty related.
Actual warped rotors are very rare and would be caused by some serious abuse. What is more common is pad deposits which mimic warped rotors but are also not warranty issues.
If the airmatic leaks so badly that the pump "runs" for hours, then that should be simple to duplicate - drive by the dealer while it is having the problem and show the service advisor. No appt. needed.
To have a car for 2+ years and then have multiple systems fail at once is unusual.
