possible wheel bearing issue at 60k?

As i drive down the road my right passenger front wheel makes a wha-wha sound every fully rotation the wheel makes. so i inspected the tire, nothing wrong there. With the front end off the ground i checked for wheel bearing movement left and right, nothing but holding it top to bottom i hear the noise. can the wheel bearing really be out at 60K miles or could it be something else that im missing? if its the wheel bearing is it like the w211 style wheel bearing? when i look at parts it shows and inner and outer bearing but when i called two different mb dealerships they said it only comes in a bearing hub assembly. so im confused!
