NEW MB owner help
Hi Guys,
I have just got a used 2009 Dec E220 from a main dealer. Driving other E220's over last few months I have following questions.
1. Satnav (Command) on my E220 never shows road speeds but other E220 sat navs does show this data. Can someone please advice why and how to fix this? The dealer says they have updated the maps and software but colors and data doesnt look that way.
2. The car doesnt show mpg / fuel consumption on the dashboard. I am sure I have seen other cars of same age show that. Can someone tell if I am missing something or I need to ask dealer to update something?
3. The car's driver side belt hook seems creaky at low speeds but ok on highway. I am not sure why? Any idea?
4. I really love the new steering wheels (sabremotorcompany.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/2013-Mercedes-Benz-E-Class-facelift-interior-steering-wheel-520x350.jpg) rather than my current http://used.mercedes-benz.co.uk/phot...9KKO-480-3.jpg. Is there a way to swap / replace simply?
5. I am driving about 200miles in total every day to work. Most of this being highway but anyways - does the new smart start / stop technology make much difference for me? If yes - is there a way to retro fit as the only thing I see is that dynamic start / stop at redlights or when car stops.
