Auto body repair help for my e350!

I just got into a collision with my brand new 2013 e350 4matic after only 24hours of driving it . My car is pretty banged up and was looking for a good auto body repair shop in queens that works well with mercedes. Does anybody know of any good shop that will do good work on my car?

attached is pictures of my car.

If it is a lease then you should go to a shop recommended by your dealer. That way you won't have issues upon lease turn-in.

Otherwise, ask for recommendations on your local forum for body shop recommendations to get it done right.

In general, the body shops recommended by your insurance company are not the best - they are the cheapest for the insurance as they promise to do the work at the estimate price and will give a lifetime guarantee - but that guarantee is worthless if the work is bad.

What a bummer.

Sad about your new car. It doesn't look like the air bag went off so I'm assuming you are ok? CEB is right to try and go with Dealer recommendation if at all possible. If the repair work is poor or unsatisfactory you will hopefully have the dealer to assist with making things right. Good luck.

Not only that, but the dealer can't complain about inferior repairs if their recommended shop did the work.

My sister's Acura dealer did a lousy job fixing a very minor bumper scrape. When she turned the lease in they wanted to charge her for the substandard repair until she pulled out the bill from the repair. At that point it was "that isn't that bad anyway."

I have used wayside auto body on queens blvd almost hitting hillside. They even have a car rental agency right inside the body shop. They did a great job on a toyota I had. Didnt have an e class at the time.

I can absolutely vouch for a shop in the bronx. Got side swiped by a yellow cab right before july 4th. just got my e350 back last thursday and I couldnt be happier! color matched perfectly and the body work was flawless. they are called DART auto body, 718-324 4985. I have allstate and it all went smoothly. I am actually going tomorrow around 3 to get some things squared away.
they definitely will remember me. I have a palladium silver e350 with the complete left side damage.
Hope this helps.
