yup, i am getting $12k off but i am still thinking since i don't have much time to drive my cars that much these days...will be turning in my bluetec for a gas one this time...

2010 C300 & 2014 E350
I called around and even contacted a few of the suggested references in this thread and it seems like $11K-$12K is very possible, but it just isn't easy to obtain. I walked into a few dealerships and received all the different reasons why $11K or $12K is not possible (ie. must be a demo, they probably bought many cars in the past, there was only one left with an odd color, we can't do it because we will lose money on the deal, dealers will tell you $12K off just to get you in the door, the car probably had 300 or more test driven miles)

I finally located a So Cal dealer that just gave me $9K off a $59.4K car, I'm pretty happy with that deal because I was literally in and out in an hour, no haggling or any games. He told me has a few left he can sell for $8K-$10k off depending on MSRP. Obviously the higher the MSRP the bigger the discounts. PM me for his contact info if you're interested.
