I've gone thru 2 different ebay so called Canbus "Error Free" LED reverse bulbs and nothing works. I've got a set from IJDMToys and that also threw code. Strangely the bulbs dont throw code anywhere aside from reverse. Anybody know a good set that won't throw code for reverse?

Mixelplux, I am using on my C350 2013 for reverse light bulbs the following with no errors:

hmm however the E350 uses 921 bulb

 

Ive tried 2 different bulbs and both throw codes, has anyone else changed the reverse bulbs to leds in the w212?

The ones that don't throw codes have resistors on them to draw the same wattage as the stock ones. Just ask the seller what wattage the bulb dissapates or use the recommended ones.

 

The 2014+ E-class has LED reverse lights, not sure if they are built in or if they use a similar connector.

 

Go on eBay or amazon and order error free lights. You'll stop getting msg on you E350.
