Fluid flush

I just dropped off my car for B0 service at 38k miles and the dealer recommended me to do Brake and Tranny fluid flush while at it.
And it will cost me $1200 all together.
Should I do those flushes at this point or wait?

Absolutely not necessary - unless you have been at the speedway/track.

Yeah it should be done. Trans fluid is due at 40k and brake fluid is due every 20k or 30k.

Transmission fluid is every 39k. Brakes every 2 years regardless of mileage.

I decided to do B0 for now and take it to a reputable indy shop to do the flush at a lower cost.

Didn't the Transmission Flush go up from 40k to 70k?

Brake fluid is every 20k or 2 years. I've been doing that, but I do about 17.5k a year, mostly highway (less braking) so not sure if it's really needed every 20k?

Prudent maintainance

1st xmission (fluid/filters) about 60K - gets rid of the break in wear and tear (filings) after that no need! Important aspect is to ensure that it is a full drain as any residual fluid will contaminate the new.

Brake fluid about every 2 years (can be longer) under normal driving conditions

the big one and most important is of course regular oil changes with a filter replacement at the same time - car engine will run forever!

The W212 Service guide calls for a brake fluid flush at 20K miles or 2 years - that's the same as the B service interval.

The interval for transmission fluid & filter is shown as 4 years or 40K miles. You're pretty close at 38K.
