The car was picked up on Thursday . Everything is done except for the rims/tires which should be on by tomorrow
I still haven't taken pictures of the finished product, but will do so soon. Here's what I have for now

Wrap is awesome! Love your other mods as well. I am interested in your sound improvement with the amp and subwoofer.

Thanks... The sub n amp just added additional thump which was lacking with the stock kardon system. The trunk is well insulated so not much rattling. It was exactly what I wanted and its only a 12" Diamond D3 sub with a diamond 1000 watt amp.

Merry Christmas all.
I installed the Rims yesterday but I did not like them and reverted back to stock
I think I need to reverse the colors and go with what I was originally going to do powder coat the rim white and do the spokes black. I would love to get some suggestions please

One picture shows the vinyl wrap on the inside of the rim between one set on spokes. I was thinking of doing that

Definitely agree that current HK system is lacking in bass. IMHO, old HK system in my 2003 E320 sounded better.

You only added a subwoofer and amp? Did you upgrade any of the other speakers? Someone posted some time ago they had an issue with system making a noise when turning on engine. Do you have any issues with your sound upgrade?

The hk sounded good enough to me but bass was needed. One a sub and amp added and what a difference. No audio issues noticed on startup

Sorry to bother you again, but can I ask why you decided to go with a 12" subwoofer? One installer recommended a 10" sub and I saw the 12" enclosure was much bigger than for 10". Could you post pics of how your sub/amp was installed? TIA!

I had two 12s in my 300C so instead of purchasing I decided to move one. A single 10 wouldnt produce enough bass for my liking. Here's a pic of how I did the install

Thank you for providing pictures of your subwoofer installation! Wow - you had TWO 12" subs on your other car!?!? I noticed your subwoofer has attachment to to keep it in place. Installer who I got estimate from said enclosure and subwoofer was heavy enough that I didn't have to worry about it moving but would put velcro due to my concerns.

I was also wondering about placement so I can still use the split folding rear seats. Installer said enclosure is easily removable by just detaching wires.

It probably won't move but I placed brackets to hold it in place. The sub slides out without needing to remove the brackets. Was thinking of doing a concealed enclosure but my golf clubs wouldn't fit lol
