I called Autoanything and TireRack both confirmed they do not sell H&R springs to lower a 2012 E550 4Matic 4dr sedan.
I asked if they had a contact at H&R I could call. They gave me the technical questions line at H&R 1-888-827-8881.
H&R confirmed their super springs are not designed for the W212 Sedans, E550 4Matic. They offer an ETS electronic lowering system for our cars which costs $1,850.

^^^I just learned Vogtland make springs to lower a 2012 E550 4Matic 4dr sedan. The part number is 952053.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have the sport package this spring is not compatible if you purchased the special order airmatic suspension for $$1,860.
