help needed?
recently I had my car in service total of 5 weeks in the past 2 months.
had been in contact with mbusa, but conversations did not go to well.
when I requested to speak to regional manager of Mercedes I was told NO.
does anyone here know how I can manage to get in touch with someone above case manager.

had water leak in the car from A pillar on the passenger side.
had pictures as evidence problem was not resolved after 3 times
panoramic roof motors broke, wood faded, door panels were taken off and replaced wrong.
headliner came off
and now my multi contour seat side bolsters just exploded
