So I have an e550 2010.. and today while driving around in san francisco I started hearing weird sound comming from engine... amd then when I started making a turn I cpuld feel my steering wheel got waaaay stiffer feeling and that sound. .. after I heard that sound I realized that my pump went off...so I parked.. and I see a puddle of oil.. ehh so getting it towed to MB dealership tomorrow morning. We will see what they say.. (btw I seen that that pump has been changed back in 2010 by a recall)
Well im a lil disappointed now.. hopefully itll be covered by warranty..

So I picked it up today...turned out to be an O ring .... which is surprising.. but it is what it is lol. As long as it was covered by warranty.

Good to hear it was minor and covered! Hopefully any residual power steering oil was washed out of the engine compartment.
