Getting older...damnit....and feel like I could benefit from the safety features that this E550 offers..

http://www.mb-kc.com/vehicle-details...-mo-id-5732579

Seems like a high price for this car. Granted it is a CPO and has low interest rate/extended warranty and comp maintenance but still seems like a lot.

What do you all think...what should I offer?

BTW I have an '08 E350 4matic sport I will trade in. (I love this car but doesn't have any of the driver assist options).

It has less than 1 year of original warranty left, plus one year CPO. I would offer $40k including an extra 2 year extended warranty (7 year total from original sale date).

I have been looking around the country for a distronic car.

MB silver springs in md has a 2011 E550 4 matic with Pano, P2, and dist for 43500, but higher miles.

much better options though.

i personally am searching a BT or E350 since I put 35k mi a year.

It's a fair asking price. Should be able to get a good few thousand off though. Although I would hold out for a P2 car.

I think it's a good price. I see equivalent here for $48k-53k here for that year. Don't forget you are getting a sport luxury car that would cost between $75-90k for a brand new E550. So think of the huge savings.

Not really, that car is probably a 72k msrp car, and you can get them for 10k off so you are saving 18-20 k from new.

There is a 2014 E550 4matic with P2 equiv and Dist and 1k miles CPO for 64900 that is a 76k msrp online. That is a decent deal with the CPO warranty right now.

Yes it is a CPO
Should I get extended warranty or maintenance thrown in. I'm getting it from across the country so I will be servicing at a different dealership

I have that price just second guessing myself and making sure. Tax and shipping bring it to 47 but Mbfs has 1.75% for 60 months

2014 E550-sold 😩
I paid $31K for a 2010 E550 with P1-P2, Pano, etc. and some months of warranty left. I didn't realize how good a deal I got until now reading this.

That is a good deal for a 2010, One year newer and 15-20k miles less, seems to add about 7k wholesale on the E550. and the new engine 2012 is about 10k higher wholesale than 2011.

That is a decent price, rare to have P2. the extra 2 yr CPO is 1950 if bought from the erin in Cali within 30 days. worth it if you are going to drive the car that long for sure. I think you could try another 1000 off.

2010 E550
This was what I paid and posted this past May...

"Here is the deal I made. 2010 E550 with 45K miles. P2 package Sport with pretty much every option including night assist, but lacking pano roof and contour seats(seats are leather though). first 2 payments paid for by MB on the CPO program with 1.72% financing on an agreed price of 32.5K. As always, mileage has a LOT do do with pricing and I would like to mention color as well. The car was on the lot for about 14 weeks and priced accordingly due to it's color, Pearl Beige(Light Gold actually but Im slowly getting comfortable with the color). Hope this helps."

Well I agree I could get some more off but this is the only CPO in the system with the color combo and P2 so u went for it though I could wait another few months. MB is paying first 2 payments up to $1200 which essentially pays for shipping

I feel good about it. 4 brand new tires wheel locks thrown in. Bumper scratch repaired.

I agree Wheatley is more like 34-37 + CPO and tires Etc they probably have close to 39-40 in the car

Thanks for your advice though

What color did you get? white and silver make the Pano stand out nice.

GET IT!!!!

I just bought the identical car with exact mileage with the addition of a PANO roof for 40k. Keep in mind, I bought mine 6 months ago and it was a 2010. This is newer and has the same mileage as mine did. This car is loaded to the nines, with the exception of a Pano roof, it has it ALL.

Buy it and pay no attention to what people tell you here, that is a solid deal. I would buy that any day of the week and twice on sunday.

Thumbs up Lunar blue

Lunar blue with the natural color leather, it does have the pano with black ash

I think it looks sharp as hell

Planning on chipping it, KW coilovers and 18 " wheels and getting rid of RFT and upgrading to continentals

E550
Sometimes I am amazed at how poorly some dealers treat potential customers. I emailed both a sales person and the used car sales manager about my interest in this E550 using the dealer's email "system". I have heard nothing from either one of them. They clearly have enough info on me to know I'm a good potential customer based if on nothing else but my credit history.
Business must be good......but these hush puppies are movin' on down the road.

That's ridiculous and you should go somewhere else. I emailed my dealer on a E550 they had coming off lease, the salesman called within 15 minutes. I set up an appointment to see the car that evening and bought it on the spot and drove it home. Less than a 12 hour transaction.
