Cloning, Copying or Downloading NAV Address Data from Car to Car

I am updating my 2010 E350 from a 2010 to a 2014. Is there any way to copy or clone all of the address information from my current car to the new one. Download it? Copy to disk or card?

Does it have to be deleted address by address?

The phone book can be deleted and the phones unpaired I believe.

My dealer couldn't even do it from my first 2014 e550 to my second e550 but I think they were just being lazy. You pose and excellent question

I have searched the MB Forum for an answer to no avail. Lots of members have bought new cars. No mention of my question.

There is an engineering menu to the comand I've seen referenced many times, I wonder if you can write/read to the sd card slot all the comand memory ... Seems like a simple enough task

I did look through it. There is a way of resetting/deleting/ clearing everything but I didnt see any way of copying what I have. Thank you for the suggestion.

When I moved from a 2010 to an 2014 E350, here is a listing of the steps I took to erase my personal information and settings:

Thank you, I reviewed and made a copy of it.

In the phone directory there is a "delete contacts." Maybe a step to take before de-authorizing the phone.

Will the address directory have to be deleted line by line?
