Am looking for a lefthand outer tie rod part no 2123308100 and it's quite hard to find! any help pls? i am also wondering if this part is essentially part of another part called 2123302103 or are they entirely different parts?

i have a 2014 e400....stupid curbstone...wrecked my steering and ex germany thispart can take 1-2 months to arrive i am told!
