2014 E350 Sport Lease Deal - Any Good?

Hey Guys,
I got a letter from my dealer about doing a lease pull ahead on my current C250 Coupe.
Basically, they will waive the remaining 5 months left on my lease.

This is the E350 Sport 4Matic I am looking at:
Dealer is quoting me $632.59 w/tax incl - $2195 out of pocket - 27/mo 15k mi/yr

Car is $65,710 and they are discounting $10,710 and offering it to me for $55,000.

E350W4 $54,400 (base)

040 Black

115 Silk Beige MB-Tex

H14 Burl Walnut Wood Trim

P01 Premium 1 Package $3,870

068 Wheel Locking bolts $140

070 Chrome Door Handle Inserts $90

104 Rear Deck Spoiler $350

137 Comfort Box $290

287 Split-Folding Rear Seats $440

319 Lighting Package: Adaptive Highbeam $1,500

321 Sport Package: Lowered Sport Suspens

389 KEYLESS-GO Package: Hands-Free Acces $990

413 Power Tilt / Sliding Panorama Sunroof $1,090

443 Heated Steering Wheel $250

55U Beige Roof Liner

794 18-Inch AMG Wheels $500

917 SULEV (PZEV) emission package

993 Lane Tracking Package: Blind Spot A $875

SUBTOTAL $64,785

DESTINATION & DELIVERY $925

TOTAL $65,710

What do you all think of the build? Should I move forward with this? Or negotiate a even lower price??

Not bad. Go for it given it's a 15k miles / yr deal.

I second Instantfob's answer. That's a healthy discount and the monthly dollar figure is good considering it's 15,000 annually.

Mercedes e350 BlueTec
I would do the lease using autopay (reduces the mf by .0001) and I would include maintenance in the lease because it is residualized just as any other feature so you only pay 60% or so of the MSRP.

If I were building the car I'd remove the chrome door handle inserts (and I have them..they don't add anything to the car other than profit to the dealer) and I'd add surround view which only cost about $300 more but dealers seem to order their cars without it and it's very expensive to add (my car has it and it is actually useful). Neither is a deal breaker.

Thats pretty good IMO.. I am paying 649 on a 27mo lease. ZERO down including maintenence... but my MSRP was a little lower at like 63k.

Went ahead with this and picked up the car!
Final price with pre-paid maintenance was $650.00 w/tax incl - $2195 out of pocket (first months payment, tags, title, etc.) - 27/mo 15k mi/yr lease.

Will post pics of the car soon.

Wow, I'm really jealous of the deals some of you guys produce on these leases. I've recently started shopping Mercedes for a lease and they gave me some BS offer of $2K off a $48K C class with $5K down at $671/mo for 36 months and 10K/yr. I actually like the E class quite a bit more ( I absolutely loved the fully loaded E350 coupe I drove with a $65K sticker price ) and if I could make a deal like the one you just made for that down, monthly and miles, I would be all over it!

Seeing I'm new into this whole leasing thing, anyone have any tips they'd be willing to share on negotiating a deal like the one Fangs got?

Yea that would've been nice. I have that on my other car. But this car was on site at the dealer and was the most feature packed car they had at the time so I picked it up.

Some quick pics I took of the car:

Less than $10k/year to drive a nicely equipped E350 with maintenance and taxes included, and a high mileage lease at that - wow!
