made my day

For all we know this person had great credit, job, etc. when they got the car and then something happened like unforeseen medical expenses, job loss, etc. There are plenty of stories out there that start with good intentions and end poorly.

Yeah, and decent people go back to their bank to explain why payments don't come and negotiate new payment terms.
The worst thing in this is that it goes to REPO at all. Why in the hell won't people who cannot pay for their car not return it? It clearly reads in the paper work THEY SIGNED!!! Do they just think they can keep tens of thousands of dollars worth vehicle without paying for it? How stupid can someone be???
