MB Culture?
MBUSA will spend $30 million over 4 years to train 26,000 US employees in the "culture" of MB. To be done at Alabama MB plant.

For a clue as to what it isn't, take a look at the survey on the ages of E Class owners. Pretty evenly spread across the age groups surveyed --- within the significance constraints of such a small, localized survey.
I might guess that the "culture" is "Has $50,000 to $100,000 to invest in an automobile."
