Everything in the build sheet is what the car has. Certain things may be standard in the US but might not be in other countries. Your best bet is to just read the reviews and do a google search for the option packages for that particular year. For instance doing it on 2011 yields this page:

There are also many vin decoders out there here are two I like:

http://www.neoriginal.ru/cat/mb
The first is in English and I like it but, if you do too many it locks you out. The second one is in russian, but you can use google translate on it. Finally you could always just get an epcnet account at Mercedes and get the datacard yourself. It's free for US customers, but they require a credit card to make sure you're in the US. Takes a while to load though so the first two are good for quick searches.
