are my doors not alligned correctly??

I had a major rear end collision that resulted in my vehicle being in the shop for three months. Since then I have noticed increased wind noise coming from the rear doors. please look at the attached photos... something looks off to me. thanks for the feedback. http://imgur.com/TfjCrch other side is nearly as uneven.

Have them confirm gap dimensions are correct.

Cut someone inch strips of paper from a 8x11sheet.
Take one strip of paper and place it in the door area of the open door. Close the door and try to pullout the paper, try different areas around the door seal including above where the glass is. Try this on the front door first to feel the resistance of the door rubber seal.

I do not want to sound bad but why would you keep a car that was in that bad of an accident where they took 3 months to fix. I hate to say it but if it was that damaged you will continually have problem as long as you own it. If you can afford it I would suggest getting rid of the car and get another one.

3 months, whoa? Was it close to a total? What did repair bill come to?

Repair bill came to 21k. Everything seemed fine once I received the car but I did notice an increase in road noise bleeding into the cabin... I finally figured out why after staring at another e350 next to mine. the trim on the rear Windows is way off and I am not sure if that's because the doors were not mounted correctly after the repair or if the force of the impact slightly distorted the shape of the rear passenger door wells. Selling the car at this point is out of the question as I am pretty much saddled with it unless I lie about the vehicle history to the next potential buyer (which is out of the question of course)

Tough situation. One of my friends had a similar situation and repair bill with a CTS-V. He never felt good about the car and traded it for a BMW 5 Series. If you aren't happy, I agree with dbldpr -- take a hit and get out of it. Good luck.
