This happen to anyone else? Roughly every 10th time I park my car the sensors don't register anything (and I'm close enough for them to do so).

2014 E550-sold 😩
I have had two cars with Parktronic and I only have issues with cold, ice, or snow. I had a bad sensor once that caused the warning to chime when I came to a stop. Maybe your dealer can check to see if there are any trouble codes or a weak sensor. It only takes one bad sensor to create problems.

If it's not something obvious (as KEY08 mentioned) like dirt, snow/ice, have the system checked.

E 300 AMG-Line diesel-Hybrid - 2021
mine always seem to work too well as they go into the red too early.
and what amazes me is that the parking sensors
and the "self parking system" are not connected & thus the car does not brake when the sensors go off...?
