2017 C Cabriolet
2014 E350 price

I have a 2014 E350 Cabriolet which is my first Mercedes and am very happy with. I have been looking for an all wheel drive vehicle to replace my other car. I stopped in my Mercedes dealer and looked at a left over, new 2014 E350 sedan. I have not wanted another E Class as I already have one, and the C and S seem so much more modern having been updated. Due to an approaching lease end, I don't think I can wait for the new E Class.

Driving the E350 sedan I could not believe how much room it has. I am 6'5" and don't think I have ever had so much room in a car.

In the first 5 minutes of talking about the car, before I had even walked out on the lot to look at it, the dealer offered me $10,000 off sticker. Dealer has two similar 2014s and will give same discount on either. Has also hinted will increase discount.

Any thoughts on if this is a good or bad deal? Dealer gave me about $6,000 off my 2014 last April so seems to me $10,000 may not be a big enough discount, particularly with the 16s being out already.

Thanks for any input.

Some are getting 10k+ off 2015s, so your dealer needs to work a bit harder:

When I returned my E350 bluetec they offered me 11,500 off a 15, but the msrp was 71k. So I agree with YYZ-E55 you should try for something closer to 15-16k depending on the msrp 17-20%.

Dealer dropped price to $14,000 off, 22% discount. But I made the mistake of driving a CLA45 AMG and now I can't get that car out of my mind. LOL
