Cloudy, dull paint job on all rear parts after body shop repair

I would contact your insurance company about the issue and see if another repair shop can handle the follow up. There is no need to fool with this incompetent shop again. Secondly, your insurance company should know about the issues with the quality of their work. They wouldn't work to send other cars there with quality like this.

If this repair shop cannot adequately repair the car, then the at fault insurance company is still responsible to you. They cannot pass their obligation to repair your car onto a repair shop. Even if they want you to keep using the same shop, maybe getting them involved will put more pressure on them to get it right. It sounds like you are getting worn out by this (can't blame you). Sometimes folks just give up thinking it's not worth it and then the shop still gets paid.

I am in the same boat. I just got my rear bumper fixed and repainted. There are like little dimples in the paint and it's all cloudy/hazy/uneven. I told the repair shop, which has 5 star reviews by the way , that I am not happy.
And the reason I went there is that he had done a good job on my front bumper.
Depressed!
