I just purchase a 2012 E350 and I can't figure out how I can find out what options I have on the car. Is there any website, source, etc., that I can go to?

Did you purchase it from a Mercedes-Benz dealer? If so, ask him to send you a copy of the MSRP sheet. Get an expanded one too that shows what all of the packages include.. Or, if you didn't buy it from a MB dealer, I would just call the closest one and ask for a salesperson and see if he or she will do it for you. I did it a few times for people who didn't buy the car from me. They just need the last 8 digits of the VIN.
