How can I open the trunk to use booster or put in new battery?

Must be really dead if the trunk won't open from the trunk release, handle or keyfob. boost from under the hood. There should charging/jump points on the passenger side. When you connect another car battery to those points, you should be able to open trunk as normal. Up to you to change battery or drive somewhere to get it tested.
