just a suggestion
However, they do have the regional meetings and have a publication that often has good information in it.
If it is just transportation, why would you want to meet others? You could go to your dealership and hang out at the service dept. and do this or look for MB's in parking lots.

I am not a car guy. I like my car, it's the nicest car I've ever owned, and it would be fun to meet a few other owners. Especially since mine is a diesel, and most are not.
But it doesn't rule my world, I've never washed a car by hand, and I don't get the dust out of the air vents with a q-tip.
If the meet ups are geek out events, yeah, I'll stay home I guess.

What kind of heretic are you?? Seriously, that goes down as my "internet quote of the day." (PS: You're not alone.)
