Seat Belt Tensioning at Start-up Toggle?

I've had my e350 wagon for about a month and I've noticed that the seat belt is not tensioning as it once did at start-up. Does anyone know if I may have toggled a setting, or is this a sign of a problem?

There is a setting for it in the main instrument cluster I believe. Have you checked the setting to see if it is enabled still?

Yes, it's a setting that you can access (along with many other settings) on the multifunction screen inside the speedo.

If you're asking and I'm not sure you did, I turned off that belt tightening ridiculousness straight away. Absolutely bugged me.

Then I turned off the incessant horn beeping on lock / unlocking. Hated that, too.

I go back and forth on DRLs for no good reason.

I love buttons and options. I make changes for no good reason just because I can. Ha!

THANK YOU!!!! This forum is truly impressive! I've toggled it back to the auto tensioning setting.

Re: Lock beep, you can adjust this under the setting menu in the instrument cluster, under the vehicle option if I recall correctly.

Funny, I go back and forth on the DRL's too. Depends on my mood I guess.

Looks like I'm not the only one who has the beep oFf and can't decide on the DRL.

Dumb question, what does the acronym DRL stand for?

This is one I haven't noticed yet (DRL's), regardless, it's great that you can modify so many settings. Nothing like being able to change something, only to change it back, I mean who doesn't like control?!
