It spent a lot of time in New York. Check for rust due to winters in the north. Check under hood and put it on rack and pull off plastic engine covers under the engine, look for rusted suspension and springs and bolts. If you see rust, then there is a lot more you cannot see.
honestly, this is a much better deal if it's still around, a year younger, a little more miles but it is CPO'ed, so if you get creative and take out financing on it (and pay it off in lump sum in the end) you'll get $1200 back + next 2 services. all for a little over a 1000$ more, and you may be able to knock them down. between the payment credit and maintenance you're looking at probably 2K savings easy.

Just for reference I bought a 2011 E550 with every option available other than the night vision (not even positive it was available that year) and it was CPO with 47k miles... I paid $30,500.
That was 6 weeks ago... so I would think you could get a similarly optioned E350 for the same price you're paying here if you look hard enough.

I do believe p2 on the e350 is quite rare, I have only seen maybe 3 or 4 e350's with the p2 on the road, EVER, and yes the keyless go is optioned up with p2. Unfortunately the vented seats were never an option on the e350 sedan,I think however they were an option on the e350 coupe.
