Exclamation 2013 E350 4MATIC Jerking When Slowing Down/Accelerating???

Just over the last week or 2, I've notice my car started to jerk and shake when getting below 20 MPH and jerk and shake when accelerating pass that. I don't mess around with shifting gears or drive in S mode, strictly E. I just bought this vehicle used CPO in the beginning of May 2015. It didn't start out doing this. I do live in the DC metro, so there is a lot of morning and afterwork traffic. I haven't had any issues up until now. I did have the dealer put brand new breaks and rotors on the vehicle before purchasing.

Would this be a transmission problem? Torque Converter issue (something not catching)? I've read else where it might need some kind of software reset for the transmission? Please fill me if any of you had this issue an overcame it. All input would be helpful

I have something that you are dealing with, it only happens when i am in lower gears and my guess is when it downshifts there is this slight jerking sensation, doesnt raise too much of a concern to me but i fear later down the road it may get progressivly worse

Same here on my 2012. Got a new transmission (rebuilt one from mb) and it jerks/jumps on low gear only on colds start as well as uphill slowing down with out the brakes. Do cpo warranty cover transmission?

Had the exact same problem when I purchased my used 2010. I came to this forum and found out how to reset the ECU just this weekend (after 2 years of jerking) and gave it a shot.
Seriously...my car is like brand new.

1) Push start button twice without stepping on brakes
2) Press gas pedal to the floor and hold for 10 seconds
3) Push start button once, then release gas pedal
4) Do nothing, and wait at least 2 minutes
5) Start her up and enjoy your 'new' ride

This tip was so incredibly helpful when I was having that exact issue...I hope it helps you too!
