What Type of Loaner does you dealer provide?
I just had my car serviced and drove a 2015 C300 which is a big improvement from the 2014. My kids thought the display looked like and iPad and wanted to know if you could remove it. I am not sure about the display but the rest of the car is much improved. The other car my dealer will provide is a GLK.
After now having an opportunity to drive both it really makes me miss by E550. They are nice, but not the same.

Most of the time I got a C class (2014 though). Once I got a CLA250 and the last time they gave me a GLK350. None compare to the E-class in terms of refinement and ride quality.

Hyundai or any other comparable cars. For $20/day they would upgrade to a C class. I don't look forward to getting the loaners from them but go there just for convenience.

E class or GLK. If they are "out" of loaners, they have a rental delivered which may be anything. This rarely happens though.

First time I had a loaner was a new off the lot (12 miles) GLK 250 Diesel. I'm in a loaner right now while they are sorting out transmission problems. Its a 2015 E350 4 matic P1. It had 200+ miles on it when I got ahold of it. And I did not purchase my used Benz from this dealer.

I've gotten C250, C300, GLK350, ML350 from the local dealer. I've also seen them loan out E350, CLS550, and a S550 to other customers.
They've got over 40 cars in the loaner fleet, and it's not a big dealership. One time I got there late and did not reserve a loaner but asked for one anyway when I dropped the car off, they ran out of loaners so they gave me a new GLK350 to use for the day.

...depends...
I used to alternate between 2 dealerships that are actually owned by the same parent company... On my very first visit, I was handed a manually-operated-cigarette-smelling dodge calibre!!! Kept if for about 2 days but nagged for something a little more decent when I was told they needed to keep my car longer. Same dealership appeared to reserve the new C Classes for their favorites when they started rolling in... My current dealer appears to give C, CLA, GLK. I was once rear ended in a C... They had me return and give me another one with no frills... Wasn't my fault though n the car had only 3K miles on it when it happened...

This is the loaner I got from Beverly Hills Mercedes. A '16 E350 wagon! Being a wagon guy, I was surprised and very happy to get it. It has the 360-degree camera in it, which was fun to play with.
