E350 4Matic 2010 W212 CEL
Looking for some input on the cel. First trip to dealer found that #2 cylinder ignition coil had to be replaced along with the spark plugs at 60K. Drove home and went out to dinner, on the way home the light came back on. Returned to dealer and now the choices are; (1) R&R the right bank cylinder head and perform inspection (2) Replace the right bank cylinder head with all new valves. (3) Replace Engine with REMAN. All these have quoted prices.
The engine did run rough like a slight miss at idle through 10 mph. Once up to the speed limit the engine ran fine. So during acceleration and intermittently at idle it ran rough.
