Thoughts on the colour white on a prefacelift E350?
Hi Guys,
I'm from Australia and not many of our cars are optioned with the sports pack like yours which I think white looks great on. I've come across an E350 which is quite cheap but the only thing I'm hesitant on is that it's calcite white (arctic white in America).

What are your thoughts? Is the colour okay?
My dream colour is black though, do you guys think I should keep waiting for a black one to come up?
Let me know

White looks good to me. White is much easier to keep clean. Black will show all scratches and water spots. I have White and black cars. I wish my E63 was silver or white and not black. If you have owned black cars in the past and are ok with the extra cleaning maintenance then keep looking for the black car of your dreams.
I have a 2012 Luxury Arctic White with the Almond/Mocha interior. The white is easy to clean and hides dirt fairly well, except for the area around the rear license plate. The white should also stay cooler in summer than black.
About 15 years back I had a black car. When clean, and for a very short time thereafter, it was really beautiful. If I had to buy the MB new, I would have gone for silver, but now I am used to the white and very happy with the color. Also, there is no glare from the bonnet/hood when driving.
It it still all about personal choice. I would recommend looking at a few other, and if this one is really a good deal and you can live with the white, buy it.
Just my 2c..

I like white, but with the pano option. idk, seems like somethings missing with a white merc without pano, but hey, you can always have it wrapped. but thats just my opinion.
anyways, here in Aus, they sold more black than white so id wait a few more days im sure something will come up with better options and within budget.

I would go with the black. The black color that MB puts on there cars it stands out from other car manufactures.
I just got my e350 black on black 1 week ago and i am really happy with it.
If black is your choice i would wait for it.

I have Arctic White with pano option and sport package. It's truly a pleasure just to look at the car, even after having owned it for more than a year.
I'd say that when fully detailed, black looks better, but that is rarely the case in regular use. I owned a black car before and swore I wouldn't again.

2010 E550 4Matic Sport P2
I wanted white on almond/brown. It was my top choice. But I also wanted specifically a e550, had to be a 4matic, pano roof, sport +P2 package with active seats... Alas my car is black on black on black, was very low miles, and had everything but the active seats at a price I couldn't beat from half way across the country. I love it, but black is a pain in the ***.... I now own a dual orbit polisher if that says anything.
